I go to the location in Garndiffaith and sometimes Abersychan. I have have had problems with every single doctor expect Dr. Edwards. My partner the same thing, Dr. Vicky acts like a fatty tissue lump is nothing to be concerned about, she didn't want to let him speak and she didn't want to see what was wrong with him, she acted like he was some kind of disgusting disease or something like that. Dr Paul, he is absolutely useless too, every single doctor I am allowed to address multiple issues with as long as there is enough time but not with him, he'd rather spend the whole appointment arguing about whether or not I am allowed to speak about multiple issues than actually doing something about it. I can carry on with a whole list of every single doctor at both practices but I won't. The only doctor we both now go to is Dr. Edwards because she is the only one getting something done around there, I'd suggest her rather than any of the other doctors. The people at the front desk are mostly nice, but that doesn't really matter if you get bad medical help.
Considering the number of patients that they deal with , they do a very good job, this would be excellent if getting an appointment was easier to achieve, but the staff are excellent and the doctors are also excellent.More resources on phone answering and availability of appointments would make this a flawless practice.
